YOGA is a practice that connects the body, the breath and the mind.
This practice uses physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation. You should give yourself the opportunity to rest in the child's position (balasana) or sit down and stop for a few moments to catch your breath, and then go back to following the class with the rest of the group.
In yoga, no one is going to judge you if you decide to rest or not do a posture, do not put pressure on yourself because yoga is enjoyed, you do not suffer.
